Essentially, the industry regulators have introduced new compliance requirements aimed at enhancing transparency and accountability. This will entail an increase in documentation and a bit more form-filling than we’re used to. However, these changes will ensure that we maintain the highest standards of ethical practice and client service, which are core to our values.
