Hey There! Thanks for stopping by my bio page! I am very proud to be a member of the Tong Real Estate team. As some of you may or may not know, Nick Tong is my older brother as well as Team Leader here at Tong Real Estate. I am thankful that our relationship as siblings is also able to grow in a professional sense as I partner with him as the team's Marketing Director. I had an interesting path to finding my way to marketing. The first jobs I held were in the food industry, serving others and working as a team with my co-workers was quickly something I realized that I valued deeply no matter where I worked or what job I was doing. My experience specifically in marketing began over 10 years ago with marketing internships at various IT companies. I graduated college from CMU with a bachelor's degree in Music & Communications. Throughout college and for a couple years following, I worked as a Brand Ambassador representing brands such as: Lincoln, Ford, JEEP & more as I traveled around the US engaging with the public to help them learn more about each brand through immersive events & experiences. After spending a couple years traveling, I was able to root myself in Michigan to work as a Marketing Specialist for a Real Estate Team. I spent 3 years with an awesome team and grew in my skills & knowledge, ultimately growing to the Marketing Director role and managing the Marketing Team. Now, I work as a part of the Tong Real Estate Team alongside my brother, as well as a freelance website designer & social media consultant. I believe there is always a creative element to every job and I am very thankful to be able to use my gifting's in these fields. When I am not working, you will find me trying new recipes, reading, collaborating with my husband with our music projects or having fun decorating our home together.
